All sales made through Shims.ca are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products unless the product you receive is defective or damaged.


2. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or repair. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Eligibility for Replacement/Repair: The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and must include the original packaging.
  • Reporting a Defect: You must report the defect on the same day of receiving the product. Please provide proof of purchase and details of the defect, including photos if applicable.
